For serious cold therapy we recommend pairing with our external electric chiller — maintaining precise temperatures for optimal muscle recovery, reduced inflammation and improved circulation. The same chiller functions as a heater for warm soaks whenever you need them, transforming your tub into a complete hot and cold (4-40°C adjustable) wellness system used daily by athletes, biohackers and wellness professionals across Europe.

Shipping & Delivery
Each ColdForge tub is handcrafted to order in Estonia by our EU manufacturing partner. Production takes 3–4 weeks from order confirmation. Once dispatched you will receive full tracking information directly to your email.

France & Spain: approximately 8 weeks

Delivery & Unloading:
Our delivery partners use specialist freight vehicles equipped to lower your tub safely from the truck to your property. Once on the ground, positioning and relocation of the tub is the responsibility of the customer — we recommend arranging assistance for this.
For deliveries to remote locations, mountain areas or addresses inaccessible by large freight vehicles — please contact us before ordering at Info@ColdForge.eu so we can assess delivery feasibility and arrange an alternative solution with you in advance.
All delivery timeframes are estimates. Actual times may vary due to production schedules, carrier availability and factors outside our control such as weather and road conditions.

30 Day Return Policy
If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, subject to the conditions below.
Conditions for Return
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused and in its original condition
- All original packaging must be intact
- You must contact us within 30 days of receiving your order
- You must provide proof of purchase
How to Request a Return
- Email us at Info@ColdForge.eu with your order number and reason for return
- We will respond within 24–48 hours with return instructions
- Once the item is received and inspected we will process your refund within 5–7 business days
Return Shipping
For returns due to a manufacturing defect or damage in transit — ColdForge covers all return shipping costs.
For returns due to change of mind — the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Given the size and weight of our products we recommend contacting us first so we can arrange the most cost effective return solution.
Cancellations
Orders cancelled within 24 hours of purchase receive a full 100% refund. Orders cancelled after 24 hours but before dispatch will incur a 20% restocking fee. Orders cancelled after dispatch cannot be refunded until the item is returned in original condition.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days back to your original payment method. Your bank may take an additional 3–5 business days to reflect the refund in your account.
Faulty or Defective Products
If your product develops a fault within 12 months of purchase we will repair, replace or refund at our discretion at no cost to you. Please contact Info@coldforge.eu with a description and photos of the fault.

Do I need professional installation?
No. All ColdForge products are plug and play and require no specialist tools or tradespeople.
How long does delivery take?

What if my order arrives damaged?
Inspect your delivery before signing. Photograph any damage and contact us at Info@ColdForge.eu within 48 hours with your order number and photos.
Can I cancel my order?
Cancellations must be requested before production begins. Contact us immediately at Info@ColdForge.eu if you need to cancel.
