Shipping Policy

1. Free delivery
We deliver free to your address in every EU country, Norway and the United Kingdom. Free delivery covers the first delivery of your order. It does not cover collections for returns, repairs outside warranty or re-delivery after a failed delivery.
For the United Kingdom, you pay import duties and customs taxes on arrival. Email us before ordering to Cyprus, islands or remote areas so we can confirm delivery.
2. Production and delivery times
We handcraft every tub to order in Europe. Production takes about 30 working days, including quality checks before dispatch. Custom colours can take longer. We email you an estimated dispatch date once your payment clears.

These times are estimates. Carriers, weather and road conditions can add days.
3. Tracking
We email you tracking details within 24 hours of dispatch. The carrier calls or emails you before delivery to agree a time.
4. Preparing for delivery day
Our tubs travel on freight trucks between 10 and 17 metres long. The driver lowers your tub to the ground with a tail lift. Before you order, check that:
- a large truck can reach your address and has room to turn
- the unloading spot is flat and solid
- you have people or equipment ready to move the tub from the kerb to its final position
The driver does not carry the tub further than the ground beside the truck. If the truck cannot unload because the site is not accessible, the carrier takes the tub to the nearest depot. You pay the storage and re-delivery costs.
5. Checking your delivery
Inspect the packaging and the tub before the driver leaves. Write any damage or missing items on the delivery document before you sign, and take photos. Email info@coldforge.eu within 5 days of delivery if you find damage later. We handle the claim with the carrier and send replacement parts or a replacement tub.
6. Customs
We prepare all export paperwork. Deliveries within the EU need no customs clearance.
