Free EU Delivery
ColdForge offers free delivery on all orders across Europe. We ship to all EU member states and the United Kingdom. United Kingdom orders are subject to post-Brexit import duties and customs taxes which are the responsibility of the customer. Shipping costs to the UK are calculated individually — please contact us at Info@ColdForge.eu before ordering for an accurate quote.
Production & Lead Times
Our cold plunge tubs are manufactured to order by our certified manufacturing partners. The standard production cycle is approximately 30 working days, including pre-shipment inspection and quality control. Customised configurations may require additional time.
Once your order is confirmed and payment received you will be notified by email with an estimated dispatch date.
Shipping Method
All orders are shipped via freight forwarder directly to your delivery address. From quality inspection and photography before leaving the factory to freight forwarding and transportation follow-up, every order is fully traceable from factory to your door.
You will receive full tracking information once your order has been dispatched.
Each ColdForge tub is handcrafted to order in Estonia. Estimated total delivery time including production and shipping
Germany & Netherlands: approximately 7 weeks 🇫🇷 France & Spain: approximately 8 weeks Cyprus: approximately 10 weeks 🌍 Other EU countries: approximately 7–9 weeks
All ColdForge tubs are delivered by specialist freight vehicles equipped with a tail lift, which lowers your tub safely from the truck to the ground at your delivery address. Please note that delivery vehicles are large freight trucks between 10 and 17 metres long — please ensure your delivery address is accessible before ordering.
Once the tub is on the ground, positioning, moving and installation within your property is the responsibility of the customer. We recommend arranging assistance in advance for this stage, particularly for heavier models.
No professional installation is required for any ColdForge product — all tubs are designed to be set up without specialist tools or tradespeople.
For deliveries to remote locations, mountain areas or addresses inaccessible by large freight vehicles — please contact us before ordering at Info@ColdForge.eu so we can assess delivery feasibility and arrange an alternative solution with you in advance.
All delivery timeframes are estimates. Actual times may vary due to production schedules, carrier availability and factors outside our control such as weather and road conditions
Customs & Import
All necessary export documentation is prepared prior to shipment, including certificates of origin and relevant compliance certificates, to ensure smooth customs clearance. ColdForge handles all customs documentation on your behalf — you simply wait for delivery.
Damaged Goods
In the rare event your order arrives damaged please photograph the damage immediately upon delivery and contact us within 48 hours at Info@coldforge.eu. We will actively assist in negotiating and claiming with the shipping company and provide feasible solutions to minimise any losses.
