Q: How cold does the water get? A: With the ColdForge 7kW Chiller, water can be cooled to as low as 4°C. You can set any temperature between 4°C and 40°C via the WiFi app.
Q: Do I need professional installation? A: No. All ColdForge tubs are plug and play. No plumber, no specialist tools, no professional installation required.
Q: How long does delivery take? A: All ColdForge tubs are handcrafted to order in Estonia. Please allow the following estimated timeframes from the date of your order:
Production time: approximately 3-4 weeks
Shipping after dispatch: Germany & Netherlands — up to 7 days France & Spain — up to 10 days Other EU countries — up to 10 days
Total estimated time from order to delivery is 7 to 9 weeks depending on your location. You will receive an email once your order is dispatched, after which the carrier will contact you directly to confirm your delivery date.
Q: What type of truck delivers my tub? A: Your tub is delivered by a specialist freight truck between 10 and 17 metres long, equipped with a tail lift to lower your tub safely to the ground. Please ensure your delivery address is accessible by large vehicles before ordering.
Q: Do I need to arrange unloading equipment? A: For tubs under 2 metres in diameter, the tail lift truck handles lowering the tub to the ground — no crane or forklift needed. Once on the ground, positioning the tub into place is the customer's responsibility. We recommend arranging help in advance for this.
Q: What happens if my tub arrives damaged? A: Inspect your delivery carefully before signing any documents. If you notice damage, photograph it and note it on the delivery document before signing. Contact us at info@coldforge.eu within 48 hours with your order number and photos and we will resolve it promptly.
Q: Can I cancel my order? A: Cancellations must be requested before production begins. As all tubs are made to order, once production has started we are unable to cancel. Contact us immediately at info@coldforge.eu if you need to cancel.
Q: Do you deliver to Cyprus? A: Yes, however Cyprus is an island and shipping costs are calculated individually. Please contact us at info@coldforge.eu before ordering for an accurate shipping quote.
Q: Is the chiller included with the tub? A: The chiller is available as part of our bundle packages. We recommend the Tub + Chiller bundle for a complete cold therapy setup straight out of the box.
Q: Are your products CE Certified? A: Yes. All ColdForge products are CE certified and fully compliant with European safety standards.
