Returns & Refund Policy

You have 30 days from delivery to return a standard product for a full refund. Read the conditions below before you start, because our tubs are large and the return process differs from a parcel.
1. What you can return
You can return any standard tub, chiller or accessory within 30 days of delivery if it is:
- unused, with no water put through the tub or chiller
- complete, with every part, fitting and manual
- back in its original packaging, or packed to the same standard
You can open the packaging and inspect the product as you would in a shop. If you use or damage it beyond that, we deduct the loss in value from your refund.
2. What you cannot return
- Tubs made in a custom colour outside our standard range, once production has started
- Products bought for business use, once production has started
3. How to return
- Email info@coldforge.eu with your order number within 30 days of delivery, or use the cancellation link in your order confirmation. You do not need to give a reason. You can also use the form at the bottom of this page.
- We reply within 2 working days with a collection quote and instructions.
- Pack the product securely and leave it where the truck delivered it, with the same access for a large truck.
- We inspect the product when it reaches us and email you the result.
4. Return shipping costs
You pay for return shipping unless the product arrived damaged or faulty. We arrange collection with our freight partner and give you the exact price before booking. These are our current estimates:

5. Your refund
We refund the full price you paid within 14 days of receiving the product back, minus any deduction for use or damage. We refund to your original payment method. If you cancel before dispatch, we refund you within 14 days of your request.
6. Damaged or faulty products
Write any damage on the delivery document before you sign and take photos in front of the driver. Email info@coldforge.eu with your order number and photos. Report damage you find later within 5 days of delivery. We repair, replace or refund at no cost to you, including all transport. Our Terms of Service explain the full warranty.
