Who We Are

ColdForge EU was started by a 20-year-old based in 
Cyprus who got obsessed with cold therapy after 
going down a rabbit hole about cold showers online.

One thing led to another — cold showers led to ice 
baths, ice baths led to cold plunge tubs, and cold 
plunge tubs led to a problem. Finding a quality, 
CE certified cold plunge in Europe that wasn't 
overpriced, poorly made, or a logistical nightmare 
to import was harder than it should have been.
