1. Overview

By visiting and purchasing from coldforge.eu you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before placing an order. ColdForge EU is operated by an independent retailer based in Cyprus.

2. Products

All ColdForge products are handcrafted to order. Product images are for illustration purposes and may vary slightly from the final product. We reserve the right to update product specifications without notice.

3. Pricing

All prices are displayed in Euros (EUR) and include VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to change prices at any time. The price at the time of your order is the price you pay.

4. Orders

By placing an order you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and that all information provided is accurate. We reserve the right to cancel any order at our discretion, in which case a full refund will be issued.

5. Payment

We accept payment via Shopify Payments, PayPal and other methods displayed at checkout. All transactions are processed securely. We do not store your payment details.

6. Production & Delivery

All tubs are made to order and require approximately 6 weeks production time before dispatch. Delivery timeframes are estimates and may vary due to factors outside our control. See our full Shipping Policy for details.

7. Returns & Refunds

We offer a 30 day return policy from the date of delivery for unused items in original condition. See our full Returns Policy for details. Custom or made to order items may not be eligible for return once production has begun.

8. Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled before production begins. Once production has started cancellations are not possible. Contact us immediately at info@coldforge.eu if you need to cancel.

9. Liability

ColdForge EU is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of our products. Our total liability shall not exceed the purchase price of the product in question.

Cold water immersion carries inherent risks. By purchasing and using our products you acknowledge that you have consulted with a medical professional if necessary and that you use our products at your own risk.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on coldforge.eu including text, images, logos and branding is the property of ColdForge EU. Reproduction without written permission is prohibited.

11. Privacy

We collect and process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We do not sell or share your data with third parties except where required to fulfil your order.

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Cyprus. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Cyprus.
